Responsibilities
- Identify and build long-term relationships with key strategic partners in Türkiye and Eastern Europe
- Establish, expand, and maintain external partnership networks
- Develop a deep understanding of game publishing and live operations rhythms
- Independently lead external partnership projects, including proposal development, business negotiation, contract execution, localization planning, and on-the-ground implementation
- Track partners' strategic priorities and business plans to identify collaboration opportunities and provide actionable partnership recommendations

Requirements & Qualifications
- Fluent in English, with the ability to use English as a working language
- 5+ years of business development experience in the internet or gaming industry
- Strong, monetizable local partner resources are preferred
- Passionate about the gaming industry and an experienced gamer
- Ability to accurately assess the fit between partnership opportunities and the tone, audience, and positioning of each game
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills, business negotiation capability, and crisis management ability
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
