Responsibilities
- Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including system configuration, customization, and deployment
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles from requirement gathering through go-live and post-implementation support
- Configure S/4HANA modules to meet client business requirements and industry best practices
- Perform system testing, data migration, and integration with legacy systems
- Provide technical guidance to junior consultants and functional teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues during and after implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise applications
- Document technical solutions, configuration changes, and process flows for client reference
- Conduct user training sessions and create training materials for client teams
- Work directly with client stakeholders to understand business processes and recommend S/4HANA solutions

Requirements & Qualifications
- 7 to 15 years of experience in SAP consulting, with hands-on S/4HANA expertise
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education, including 10th, 12th, and graduation
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, modules, and best practices
- Experience with SAP implementation methodologies and project management frameworks
- Ability to work independently and lead project workstreams
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions
- Willingness to work from the Visakhapatnam office
