About this opportunity
Opportunity Overview
Evio is hiring a People Operations Manager to own the full employee lifecycle, from pre-boarding through offboarding, with a heavy focus on benefits administration, HR compliance, and people systems. This is a hands-on operational role, not a strategic HRBP position. You will be the internal expert on benefits, the person teammates come to with questions about their medical coverage, 401(k), leave, or accommodations, and the one keeping the systems and records accurate. Evio is a healthcare technology company working to bring transparency to the pharmacy supply chain. The company's stated values are empathy, diversity, adventure, relentlessness, transparency, and excellence, and they describe their culture as flexible, data-driven, and quick to pivot. The role reports into the Head of Evio Experience and works closely with Legal on employment law compliance. The company emphasizes that they care for their teammates the way they care for their customers, which shows up in fully paid health insurance premiums and a flexible vacation policy. The day-to-day involves administering benefits programs, managing relationships with brokers and vendors, maintaining people systems like Justworks, documenting processes, and ensuring compliance with SOC controls. You will also coordinate the logistics of new hires starting and employees leaving, maintain the teammate handbook, and look for ways to simplify and automate operational work. It is a role for someone who likes keeping things organized, accurate, and running smoothly behind the scenes.
