Responsibilities
- Pack parcels accurately and securely for shipment according to company standards
- Load and unload vehicles with packed parcels, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage
- Drive company vehicles to transport parcels between warehouses, sorting facilities, and parcel locker locations
- Maintain parcel locker stock levels by delivering parcels and collecting outgoing packages on schedule
- Complete delivery and collection records accurately, including any exceptions or issues encountered on route
- Perform basic vehicle checks before shifts, including fuel, tyre pressure, and cleanliness
- Follow health and safety procedures in the warehouse and on the road at all times
- Communicate with warehouse and dispatch teams to coordinate pickup and delivery timings
