About this opportunity

Opportunity Overview

Blend360 is hiring a Market Research Analyst for a 12-month contract with a pay range of $23 to $27 per hour. The role is fully remote, though the company prefers candidates based in New York, NY; Little Falls, NJ; the DC Metro area; Houston, TX; Stamford, CT; North Carolina; or Florida. This position focuses on supporting quantitative research projects for clients, with heavy use of Qualtrics survey software and Excel data analysis. Blend360 is an AI services provider that combines data science, artificial intelligence, and human expertise to solve complex business challenges for its clients. The company positions itself around the idea that pairing people with AI creates more meaningful work and better outcomes. They work across industries, deploying technology and data-driven strategy to help organizations make smarter decisions. The company emphasizes diversity in its workforce and has committed resources to improving how it sources, selects, and retains talent. The day-to-day work involves building and deploying surveys, pulling target lists for research distribution, creating cross-tabs and verbatim files, and helping write reports for stakeholders. You would also maintain the client's customer panel and support the expansion of Voice of Customer and Voice of Employee programs. This is a hands-on analytical role for someone comfortable working independently and managing multiple research projects at once. The remote nature of this role means you can work from anywhere in the US, though the preferred locations listed offer more flexibility for occasional in-person collaboration. The hourly pay translates to roughly $48,000 to $56,000 annually for full-time hours, which is competitive for a contract research analyst position. Note that this role does not offer immigration sponsorship, so applicants must already have the legal right to work in the United States.
