About this opportunity
Opportunity Overview
Brand Hackers is hiring a Junior Graphic Designer to join its Brand pod, a full-time remote role paying £27,000 to £33,000 depending on experience. The company builds fractional marketing teams for challenger brands, and this designer will produce creative across multiple clients, from paid social ads to retail point-of-sale materials. You must have the right to work in the UK, since the company cannot sponsor visas, and you need to be within easy reach of London for at least two in-person meetings per month. The company is a four-year-old branding and marketing agency that has grown from two founders to over 20 people. They work with well-known challenger brands like Tony's Chocolonely and emerging startups such as Seep, covering beauty, luxury, film, and FMCG. Their team handles brand strategy, social media, performance marketing, and web development, with more than 100 brands completed so far. They describe themselves as a team of passionate professionals rather than a typical agency, and they also run a recruitment business and a marketing community that the designer may support with materials. The day-to-day work involves producing ad creative for paid campaigns, designing social media graphics, creating trade marketing assets like shelf talkers and sell sheets, and building presentations and pitch decks. You will work within brand guidelines, support the Senior Designer on larger campaigns, and manage your own deadlines across multiple brands at once. The company wants designers who bring a point of view and care about the work, not just people who execute templates. London is the base for client meetings, but the role is otherwise remote. The UK capital is expensive, so the monthly working-from-home allowance helps cover coffee or co-working costs. The team expects you to be available for in-person meetings at least twice a month, so you should live within commuting distance. The company offers 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, your birthday off, enhanced parental leave, and unlimited coaching sessions through MoreHappi.
