About this opportunity
Opportunity Overview
A market-leading renewable energy company in New York is hiring five graduates for an entry-level rotation programme. The salary range is $80,000 to $160,000, plus bonuses. This is a full-time role designed to move you across different teams over time, so you get broad exposure to the business rather than being stuck in one function from day one. The company develops, designs, constructs, operates, maintains, and optimises grid-scale renewable energy assets. That includes solar, wind, and battery energy storage systems (BESS). They are a market leader in renewable energy and energy efficiency, and they are expanding quickly, which is why they need five new graduates at once. You would be joining a business that works on large, high-performing energy infrastructure projects from start to finish. The rotation structure means you could spend time in planning, construction, operations, or optimisation teams. You will receive training directly from a senior member of the team, so the learning curve is steep but supported. The company offers flexible working arrangements, and the benefits package includes a 401k match, pension, and other standard perks.
